Mark_bioMark L. Johnson is a nationally recognized Labor Relations Professional with extensive experience and expertise in the field of Public and Private Sector Labor Agreements. He focuses on Collective Bargaining Agreements, Project Labor Agreements and Community Workforce Agreements. Johnson’s previous projects have included community outreach, local hire, Veterans, HUD Section 3, EEO, SBE, MBE, WBE and Stakeholder Inclusion. Over the last 26 years, ML Johnson has been involved in over fifty projects, with a total value in excess of $60 billion, in both the public and private sector environments and in both direct-hire and construction management roles. He has extensive experience both as an “Owner Representative” and Administrator of both Project Labor Agreements and Community Workforce Agreements.
